Hello! My name is Austin, originally from a small town in Southwestern Manitoba and growing up on a farm I learned the value of working hard early on in life. by the time I was 15 I had a great interest in computers, and after finally getting one and having problems that required us to take it back to the store for repairs I decided I was going to find out how to do it myself so I didn't have to wait and my passion simply grew from there!

After nearly 15 years of working on computers for not only myself, but friends and family and friends of friends I decided that I would put my gift to work in a more formal manner. I enjoy working on computers and trouble shooting the little issues that arrise. I get a great feeling of accomplishment when a computer comes to me in a state of basically being unusable because it's slow and when it leaves me it's like a whole new computer again. Of course working on computers doesn't come without it's own downfalls in that some issues with known common fixes sometimes are caused in other ways and that's something that makes working on computers almost a thrill, having to find other avenues to approach a repair.

My ultimate goal is to be able to provide good service at a reasonable cost in comparison to the local stores as I know first hand just how expensive they can be, and in this time we are in costs are something that everyone is always looking at and trying to find the best price on having anything done. Fortunately I get the advantage of not having the overhead that physical stores do with stock and physical store costs. I have always felt that if customers can get the same level of services at a cheaper cost to them then they would have no reason to go back to a big box store.
